How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Most orders then arrive within 7-15 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Our pieces are packed and shipped from different studios, so a multi-item order may arrive in separate packages on different days.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Ceramics are carefully wrapped, but accidents happen. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
What is your return policy?
If you're not completely happy, contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Are colours exactly as shown?
Many of our pieces are individually glazed and finished, so slight variations in tone, texture and size are natural and part of their character.
How do I care for dried florals?
Keep them away from direct sunlight, moisture and drafts. A light mist of unscented hairspray helps reduce shedding.
